I’d say one of the hardest games is Dota 2, as it has many items, combinations, hero abilities, mechanics, and other stuff that will blow your mind. But I’d also say every game has its own difficulty. Even if you take CS2 in perspective, you would need to master the aim and learn the gun recoil, and then when you learn the basics you would still need to spend tons of time and learn smoke lineups, pop-flashes, etc.
Every game you start playing without educating yourself online is hard. But yeah, I can easily agree that Dota 2 is one of the hardest games to master. Speaking of Dota 2, if someone wants to learn more about the game they can watch the TI which is currently live on Twitch:
Keep in mind that there are tons of other games that are hard to learn. It’s not only Dota 2 as a MOBA that needs learning. We also have Deadlock, which is a MOBA SHOOTER with some abilities and items, and the list is definitely about to grow.
As for World of Warcraft, yeah, it’s hard, but I’d still go with Dota 2 as harder to play. You cannot compare these two because they have different mechanics, leading to different knowledge requirements.
Conclusion
Any game has its own difficulty, and it’s all about you picking your poison. Speaking of poison, every MOBA game is poisonous as hell, so if you’re some guy who gets mad super fast, I’d suggest you stay away from these types of games.
